Our dedicated team of teachers invent and introduce interesting, appealing and effective teaching aids and instructional material resulting in much superior positive confident etiquettes and intelligent children than their counterparts. We as Billabong educators always strive to make our students alive to the needs of the environment, sensitizing them to their responsibility in this regard.

Dear Billabong Families,

The year 2017-18 is a new beginning for me as it is for all of you. However, in this journey called school, our interests and goals are the same. You may agree with me when I say schooling is the best part of a child’s life. Having said that, the onus is on us, both parents and teachers to give them the best time of their lives. And believe me, your partnership with Billabong is for this very reason.

My team of teachers and I are on a quest every day to give them the best school years. This we do by discussing lessons, brainstorming ideas and attending training sessions to be updated with the latest in pedagogy, thus taking the best into the classrooms. Learners today are an extremely smart lot. Their world expands beyond textbooks and geographical boundaries. Since we are nurturing global citizens, we ought to mould the critical thinkers and problem solvers to take on the challenges ahead. We strive to groom them holistically blending work and play. In each of our students we see a future leader.

To develop leadership qualities in them, making them emotionally and spiritually balanced, we bring to them an array of activities both within and outside campus. Our project linked tours imbibe in them the necessary life skills. We are also collaborating with the Rotary Club of Thane North End with whose support our students have formed the Interact Club. Co curricular activities provide the much needed breathing space and recharge students for better classroom transactions.

Our children are growing up in the times when it is imperative for both parents to work. This at times may pose challenges to parents in terms of planning nutritious meals for their children. Billabong ensures that students have access to wholesome and balanced meals on campus. The cafeteria on campus now prepares and serves food as per the government’s guidelines .

Our social service activities sensitise students towards the plights of the underprivileged fellow beings. We associate with charitable organisations like Help Age and Habitat for Humanity to share our little means towards service to society.

Guest speakers from all walks of life are invited on campus to enlighten students and equip them with much needed exposure into the 21st century global world. Parents may also volunteer and participate in their child’s growth story.

Indeed, walking hand in hand we will be writing the success stories for each of our students.
