Citizens WELFARE ASSOCIATION is a Registered public charitable Trust dedicated and committed providing quality education and promoting Social and Cultural activities. The trust is managed by Mr. Sudhir Goenka. The Citizens Welfare Association is an established entity successfully several school under the trust.

The Goenkas had embarked on journey of instituting yet another international school in Thane in 2006, to provide a dynamic environment which challenges the child to think, dream and aspire. Billabong High International School,Thane has earned a reputation of being one of the most progressive forward thinking and child centered school. An experience where success would be more than way of life.

The Trust envisages a team of young individuals passing out of this great institution every year and seek to work with parents as partners in the welfare of the students.
