Directors Message

Never has the need been greater than today, for educational institutions to be beacons for the youth to ascertain what is right for them and grow into responsive humans and responsible citizens of the world.

The School is keeping pace with the rest of world, changing with the ever evolving technological development and globalization of communication, economy and politics. It has been our effort to imbibethe eternal values of trust, honesty, service before self.

Education cannot be restricted to the academic but must focus equally on co-curricular activities and sports. It is a process that involves constant learning and growth, as much for the teacher as for the taught. This philosophy is practiced so that students receive quality education that inspires and empowers, equipping them with the means of utilizing every opportunity and nurturing the desire to make the world a better place to be in.

The School campus provides ample facilities for the pursuit of sports, inculcating team spirit and healthy competition. The excellent performance of its students in national, state and inter-School level competitions is a matter of pride for the school. We are committed to giving society intelligent, informed, socially responsible citizens by imparting all-round quality education to them.

We intend to create :

• A school that recognizes that students, their children and their grand children will be faced with major issues associated with care of the environment.
• A school with a commitment towards empowering its students with a passion towards becoming life long learners. A school that recognizes the increasing number of mothers in the work force. As these numbers increase and working hours increase parents are unable to cope with their own stress levels in their work places. Our school will recognize this burden and aim to complete most of the school day and extra curricular development within school. The school will also provide a home /study room where supervised “homework or self-study sessions can take place.
• Billabong High provides education that is child centered. Parents, Teachers, students cooperate and work together towards the mission of the school.
